What is the Timesheet Explorer?

The Timesheet Explorer is a powerful reporting tool that allows you to query and filter all of the timesheets that have ever been created within your account.

In a way, you're exploring your timesheets.

Which type of timesheets are supported?

TimeRepo currently supports the following timesheet types,

- Daily
- Week (Sun-Sat)
- ISO Week (Mon-Sun)
- Semi-Month
- Month

Note: Different timesheet types can be assigned to different employees
e.g. Employee A is assigned a Semi-Month timesheet and Employee B is assigned an ISO Week timesheet.

What happens when I remove an employee?

When you remove an employee from your account, we archive some of the employee's data just in case you need to reference it in the future.

Here is a list of data that will be archived

- Profile (first name, last name, etc.)
- Timesheets*
- Absence Declarations
- Vacation Requests

*You can use the Timesheet Explorer to query for timesheets that belong to archived employees.

If you have an active subscription, we will reduce the number of active users accordingly.

Where are TimeRepo's servers located?

Our cloud servers and storage drives are located in the United States.
