If and when your account exceeds the free tier threshold for your plan, you will need to provide your payment information. Your payment information will not be stored or managed by our systems. We have partnered with Stripe, a PCI Compliant service that takes care of storing your payment information securely.
Rest assured, we know how important it is to protect your companies data from unsolicited parties which is why we have solutions in place like 'Encryption At Rest' to help mitigate the risks of a data breach. We also don't sell or market your data to any third-party for any reason whatsoever.
With that said, if the scenario arises where we would need to investigate a data issue with your account, we will always request for permission from the account owner before we grant ourselves access to your data.
Yes. If your account is within the free tier threshold for the subscription plan you would like to switch to, you are free to switch. If you would like to switch to a subscription plan whose free tier threshold is exceeded by your account, then you would first need to provide your payment information before switching because your account would accrue charges for being subscribed to that plan.
Note that you are not currently allowed to switch to a plan with a different currency. If you would like to switch to a plan with a different currency, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If your account accrues charges every month and you would like to switch the billing date of your subscription, please contact us at email@example.com
Yes absolutely, you are free to cancel your subscription anytime, no strings attached.
Prices are subject to change relative to foreign exchange rates. Customers will be notified at least 21 days before our new prices go into effect.
